Product Downloads

All printables, e-products, ebooks, and courses are delivered via download only. You will not receive a physical product. Once purchased, the download will be immediately delivered to you at the email address provided at checkout.

All orders are typically processed immediately but there may be delay. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact us at shop@lowcarbinspirations.com.

While we are flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads we will not tolerate download abuse.

If you purchase our PDF instant download products, we highly recommend printing at home on card stock or using your local office supply store to print and have spiral-bound.

Print Versions Available

We also offer printed versions for most of our product downloads on Amazon. If you are interested in a printed version of our digital products, you can find the links to these in the description for the products.

The print versions available through Amazon are not printed on card stock and/or spiral bound. If you are interested in having them spiral-bound, your local office supply store should be able to do this.

Physical Products

We offer various physical products (including books and merch) in our shop. These products are typically shipped to the address on file within 1-2 business days. Read our shipping policy for more details.

For print on demand items (including items directly printed and shipped from Amazon, shirts and mugs), please follow their shipping policy available on their websites.

Courses

We currently offer the Keto Starter Guide Course and the Keto Challenge Course in our shop. These are online courses and you will not receive a physical product.

Digital Product Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, due to the digital nature of the products (including any printables, e-products, ebooks and courses where a physical product is not received) in our shop and the fact that it contains instant downloads/access, refunds are not available. Please look through all the details before you purchase.
