Digital Products

How will I receive my digital purchase?

After completing your purchase, you will be provided with download links right on the checkout page. If for some reason it was not there or if you missed them- don't worry! You will also receive an email containing a link to access and complete your downloads from our site so please make sure that check is still in your inbox (or spam folder).

If you haven't received your digital purchase within 15 minutes and still haven't received it, please contact us.

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?

Your download links do not expire and/or have a limit to the number of times you can download them. It is important to either bookmark the download link or save it in your email if you feel you will need to download it again in the future.  

Can I download my purchases on mobile?

Yes, you can download them to your mobile device, but some files are delivered as compressed ZIP files. This means you have to extract them to get the actual files. While this is easy on a desktop or a laptop, it can be tricky on a mobile device and may require an additional app to work. 

Most of the files we share are not compressed ZIP files so yes, you can download your purchase on a mobile device in most cases. 

Help! I can't find my download or have lost the link.

No problem. If you lose your link or need a new link to your purchase, please contact us and we can help you out.

When emailing us, please include your order number and/or the email address you used at the time of purchase.

Can I share the download with my friends?

We would appreciate it if you would not share the copies with others and simply direct them to the shop to purchase their own copies. 

Each of our products has copyright protection, just like physical books and is designed for personal use only. 

How can I get my purchase printed?

Printing your digital download at home or with a local print shop is as easy and straightforward. We recommend using heavy duty paper for both options, but if you are printing it yourself then choosing thicker paper will ensure durability. Spiraling the book helps make flipping through pages easier- which can be helpful in daily use!

Why won't my download print correctly?

It's likely that your download won't open on a mobile device or tablet because our file sizes are large. Try again on a computer. 

For printing, we highly recommend opening the file in Adobe reader. This always presents the best results. Again, mobile devices probably won't work. 

Do you offer refunds? 

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us. However, due to the digital nature of the products in our shop and the fact that it contains instant downloads, refunds are not available. Please look through all the details and product description before you purchase.

Physical Products

Do you offer physical products?

We offer various physical products in our shop. These products are typically shipped to the address on file within one week. 

If you do not receive your product within 30 days, please contact us.
